flowers in your eyes is a shoegaze band with grunge and stoner influences that captures the emotional landscape of feeling lost and isolated. Moving between places and identities has added a profound sadness and depth to our sound. Inspired by bands like julie, Whirr, and Duster, we aim to craft immersive sonic spaces. This performance will most likely be our last before I relocate to Abu Dhabi. It is not only an honor to be a part of such a cool event but also a personal moment of closure.

flowers in your eyes is a dream-pop/shoegaze musical band consisting of me (Klim) and Anton. I (vocals/guitar) come from a Moscow-based family of Ukrainian descent and Anton (drums/bass) is from Protvino (Moscow oblast). We met in Tbilisi in 2022 after escaping military mobilization during the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine.

Death, to me, depends on perspective. From the inside, it’s the end—systems stop, consciousness fades, and what’s dead is dead. But from the outside, it’s change. Matter, energy, and everything you were break down and feed into something else. From a metaphorical point of view, death is transformation - letting go of the old to make way for the new.
