About the project
Open, O space between the worlds -
Where the within calls to the without,
Where consciousness bows its head
And ancient memory rises from the deep.
The painting reveals a space where the inner and outer worlds intersect — a
place where consciousness retreats, giving way to ancient memory. Here, the
image of the shamaness is not merely a figure, but an embodiment of archetypal
energy, emerging as if from the depths of the collective unconscious, taking on
shape and face.
This image deeply resonates with me, echoing Tatar mythology, where the
shamaness is not just a priestess or a seer, but a vital link between worlds: the
living, the spirits, and the elements. These myths speak of women gifted with the
power to 'heal with the wind' and speak with the voice of the forest.
